Jason has extensive experience working at senior levels in large enterprise companies including Motorola, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. Jason has a proven track record of business planning, IT strategy, sales & delivery. In addition, he has dedicated more than 10 years to corporate innovation and 5 years working in early stage start-ups as CEO, COO, co-founder and senior team member. Jason is a prolific speaker, thinker, innovator and connector in the RegTech space.

Sian Lewin

The Reg Doctor
Regulatory & Risk Expert

Sian is a recognised expert in financial regulation and risk management, with over twenty years of practical experience gained from helping several global banks (such as UBS, JP Morgan, RBS, HBOS) build their regulatory strength with respect to prudential regulations. She also specialises in regulatory change management and likes nothing more than to create order and structure in situations of uncertainty and complexity.


Helen O’Connor

Head of Marketing and Events

Helen came to marketing and event organisation from a taxation and sales background, and has considerable experience of running training programmes, workshops, careers fairs, awards ceremonies and conferences. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in venues across the UK from primary schools to palaces. She is also an experienced project manager and relishes the challenges presented by a varied and demanding workload.

Stuart Boardman

Commercial Director

Stuart brings over 15 years of sales experience working at all levels in both large corporates such as LexisNexis as well as start-ups like Signal Media. Having sold into tier-one banks at top four consultancies, Stuart understands the complexities of enterprise sales and partnership management. Recently, Stuart has helped organisations expand outside of core markets by identifying and building new use cases leveraging existing underlying technologies. 

Vesna McCreery

Financial Crime Expert

Vesna is an expert in financial crime, reputation risk, due diligence, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and terrorist financing.  She has lead global financial crime teams at several banks (RBS, Barclays) contributing to lifting the sanctions-related Deferred Prosecution Agreements in both, and also worked with the prosecutors as the financial crime advisor to the Monitor of HSBC. An expert speaker on financial crime and regulatory technology, with a passion for improving industry alignment of the two sides.

Erik comes from an accounting and finance background, having worked in the technology space for over 20 years.  He also has strong business development experience with start-ups and financial services organisations.

Emma Parry

Conduct Risk Expert

Emma is an expert in conduct and reputational risk with practical experience gained via various global investment banking roles at HSBC, most recently as Global Head of Product Governance and Conduct. Her experience ranges from technical regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, through to more operational aspects such as complaints management. In addition, Emma also specialises in programme management with expertise gained at JPMorgan and Deloitte Consulting.

Lilia is an accomplished strategic Business Development Executive with a strong track record in defining and executing business development strategies and generating new revenues in competitive environments. Lilia acquired her client engagement experience through various roles in her career including Commercial, Product, Project Management and Marketing and Communication.
